I feel like I would have prefered this book had the trilogy been structured differently. I went into it thinking it was written in three points of view throughout all three books, not three books that take place over the same time period that are written in different points of view. I definitely feel like I'm missing a lot of information, and for having an ending it was an unsatisfying one at best. Very deus ex machina especially with the pirates at the end
