What a terrifying book. I literally had nightmares all night after finishing this book. The whole thing is nerve-wracking. A fascinating Victorian gothic tale.

Este breve libro condensa perfectamente la desesperación de la protagonista, recién casada, quien luego de ser madre, se ve transportada desde 1950 a la época victoriana, postrada enferma en un diván y sin entender qué estaba sucediendo ni porqué, de lo que se va enterando a medida que interroga a su supuesta hermana y médico. Los personajes y la situación van empeorando y es imposible no empatizar con la protagonista de esta historia de terror, que está contada además en primera persona.
