Okay, so, usually I have been rating all of the Murderbot diaries as a 5 ⭐ and this definitely is, but I really should have read this before Network Effect as the events of Fugitive Telemetry  happen before the events in Network Effect. Reading them out of chronological order really ruined the immersion for me as so much growth happens for Murderbot in Network Effect. 

All that being said I definitely enjoyed this book (but would have enjoyed it more if i had read in chronological order). I mean who doesn't love a Murder Mystery in space? I also definitely did not see the plot twist coming so bonus points for that!
