This book was an easy read considering it wasn't that long, and it's mostly dialogue (both verbal and internal). The plot is driven by the secrets the main characters keep. Honestly, the curiosity of which secret would break open first kept me reading as much as I did. I almost DNF'd it, but once that egg cracked, my interest grew (being purposefully vague by tiptoeing around spoilers). In the end, it was a decent journey through the events once it got going and had an enjoyable HEA.

Some important notes that bear mentioning: first, reviews are highly subjective, including mine. My opinion is meant to give an overview of what I saw/felt when I read it (and how it may or may not have made my brain explode). What I see might not be what you see, and what I like (or don't) might not be what you enjoy, which is just fine. My advice to anyone looking into a book?
