The only flaw is how much of the book talks about her being 5 foot. But I get it, if I had an enormous height difference with my enemy/significant other I would constantly be thinking about it and comparing.

Here’s the tea sisters. I read this book in one sitting, and I bloody loved it. Does it have its problems? Yep, stacks of them. BUT I DON’T CARE. After reading a sleuth of terrible books that tried too hard and failed miserably, it was so refreshing to read something that knew exactly what it was. It was fun. It was cute. It had some incredibly swoon worthy moments even if it was predictable as hell.

I borrowed this from the library, but I’ll probably go get my own copy just so I can add it to my yearly reread list.

This is a sprint of a book I finished in one day. I laughed, I cried, I threw the book across the room, I giggled like a schoolgirl. 4 stars because some of the workplace antics were just a little too out there for me in a book that I actually thought was grounded in terms of communication between Lucy and Josh!

If you can move past the usual crap (tiny, flighty, artsy girl who trips over her own feet meets very tall, polished, serious guy with daddy issues), you will really enjoy this book. Maybe I was in the mood for something really tropey, or maybe it's been awhile since I enjoyed a m/f romance, but this flighty, funny story charmed me. I'm a sucker for office romances, so that probably had a lot to do with it. I could point out the slightly problematic stuff but I won't. I needed something easy-breezy to get my head out of politics for awhile and this one fit the bill.
