I’m really torn on this one.
I loved this authors other books so was excited to read this one, but honestly, so much of it was a struggle.
The writing was engaging and I still finished it in a day, but Big was insufferable and Bink a fool for continuing to take him back every time he betrayed her.
I really struggled with the fact that he pretty much raised her then became her lover. It didn’t sit well at all even if nothing happened until they were much older. It just felt gross.
So much of the drama seemed unnecessary and there was so much potential for club business to add interest.
But I loved the family side of things and the old ladies.
So all in all. Just didn’t land with me.

This picks up where the first left off and it doesn't disappoint. The things between Blink and Big continues with even more reveals. There's plenty to find out as this story unfolds and it'll leave you wanting more. A fantastic read and addition to the series.
Even better than Vol.1
When Vol.1 ended the way it did I was like “oh shit, what’s next?” This couldn’t have been a more perfect follow up. I fell in love with Big in this story and my admiration for Bink grew even more! I can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

My Favorite Volume yet
Reading the preparation, love, and care everyone put into Harley’s arrival was beautiful. Big and Bink grew so much during the pregnancy. So touching and personal. I loved this! It was so intimate. Harley has the best family.
