This is a brilliant start to a series I cannot wait to devour! Engagement Rate is my first Annie Dyer book but I can guarantee it won't be my last. Jackson and Vanessa have chemistry in spades and this is a great office-romance! I loved meeting the Callaghan family and learning more about the dynamics of this massive bunch!! Jackson and Van are perfect for one another ... as long as they get over themselves long enough to see it!!

Claire and Killian's story was the perfect amount of angst, of laughter and of great storytelling. I loved learning why Claire has always been so "catty" towards Killian and the truth of their past relationship and what caused them to fall apart was heartbreaking. I loved their interactions with the rest of the family as well and it makes me keen to see all of these characters find their loves!!

Victoria and Maxwell are HOT HOT HOT!!
I really enjoyed seeing the eldest Callaghan brother Max find his match in the sassy and fiery Victoria. From their first meeting sparks fly and I loved the banter between these two. Most of all, I really enjoyed seeing Victoria not back down from Max and really show him that he needs a strong woman who can stand up to him. Add in the delightful Seph (who I can't wait to see more of) and this is a great story!!
