i found the writing a little odd at first. it was kind of like someone writing about a film they’re watching. but it grew on me and the story was really beautiful.

an extremely emotional and challenging read, but i think it really did pay off in the strong relationships shown between the characters. i wish that we got to see a bit more of hannah and baker happy together, but even the small bits we got at the end made me very happy. i did find the characters a bit unlikeable at times, but i feel like this was important in the characters’ development too
