In ogni libro di Percy Jackson sono descritte parti diverse del mondo della mitologia, ma quella del tartaro in questo libro è la più bella. Si percepiscono l’oscurità, la profondità e la solitudine anche grazie a cosa provano Percy e Annabeth.
La scrittura di Rick è perfetta come sempre. I diversi punti di vista fanno capire meglio le vicende e i pensieri dei singoli personaggi.

so far my favorite of the series. i loved getting all 7 perspectives, loved the shorter chapters. percy/annabeth/tartarus was definitely the most compelling part of the story.

Took me some time to get into but my god this was excellent. I was a bit worried that nothing would compare to Mark of Athena and fortunately this matched it!!

Plus we got SEVEN PERSPECTIVES?? Incredible.

I have so many thoughts and quotes saved. For now though, I need to go to bed.

This read better than the previous book. Unfortunately my favorite characters were introduced and teen killed. Thankfully there were less ham handed romances and love triangles. The series still lacks much surprise of character development, which mostly seems to revolve around magical transformations, but it's not bad.
