First of all, the humor in this book is unmatched. I actually laughed out loud multiple times. But I will say the main character being a priest definitely soured the read for me slightly simply because of my faith

Not everyone have same preferences of how story lay out. I wish it was little more longer book. It’s little too long of “slow burn” just to end the story quickly while I want to know more about Amaya and priest. Like did they have kids another than taking care of Amaya young brother.
It’s interesting story, just wish for little longer so I can swoon over the romance between Amaya and priest Cade.
But Smut is nice tho, I enjoy them. No shame!

I shouldn’t have loved this book but for some reason I did. I had never even seen Hunchback of Notre Dame before this and only read it for the Paris vibe even though it’s set in Canada!? Cade is the best main man in the series and Amaya is an actual legend. The plot twist towards the end was actually mad did not see it coming.
