My main issue with this series is how it deals with pay offs and delivery. The big things to happen in this books are Rhett finding his stalkers, Wren’s father is alive, and the discovery of the ancient magic sucking relic.

The stalker arc has been a major point that has taken up a lot of pages, however it was basically a throw away scene when they finally caught them. There was no struggle in their capture and demise, which made the pay off of Rhett and wrens bonds completing feel less impactful.

Great continuation of the story...

I absolutely love this story! The world building, the characters, the plot all of it is fantastic!! It's spicy, emotional, funny, dramatic, and so full of love!

Such an amazing continuation of this story! We get to see an action packed story with twists and turns throughout! The character development was so great to see and I love how everything was layered together. The bonds and steamy scenes are perfect as ever! I cannot wait to see what happens in term 4!

This series has taken up all of my spare time

This book answered a few questions that lingered for me in the other two. Does Wren have family left surviving? Why did it specify that Wren and Kian had never been with anyone else intimately before their mates, but didn't mention Thorn in that after he claimed he loved her all his life? (THAT bugged me a lot!!)

The war is still going on and picking up between the humans, dragons, and supernaturals. Things are getting tense and ugly. Just one book to go!
