funny mysterious tense medium-paced

Read as single issues.

This is definitely not what I expected from Bryan Lee O'Malley, and it's not the kind of thing I would normally pick up, had I known what it was about beforehand (I honestly thought Snotgirl was going to end up being some kind of superhero. I'm a little disappointed she didn't). But it gives me the same kind of pleasure that I can get watching trashy reality tv or melodramatic teen shows. And the art is fantastic.

I want to give 5 stars to the illustrations and coloring, but the story was just ok

3.5 stars*

the story wasn't really anything special to me, it could get better because it does have potential but most of what saved it was the beautiful art

What did I just read??? I couldn't tell if the character was on drugs and hallucinating or if I was...I'm so confused and this book seemed to have no point....what....

Weirdddddddd

While the concept is intriguing and some parts are very beautifully drawn, the execution lacks.

This was just too superficial for me. I know that's the purpose of the series (to highlight how superficial Instagram is) but it was too much to even be believable. I didn't feel any sympathy for the main character and found her too whiny. I was led to believe that the murder aspect would be a larger part of the plot and I was very wrong about that so that was kind of disappointing.

This was such a chaotic read. I was almost always confused as to what the hell was actually happening. A cliffhanger would happen, then never get addressed after. Is this all in her head? Is coolgirl even real? Is this a Fight Club kind of thing?

It intrigued me enough to continue reading.
