This was a fun read! Didn’t take itself too seriously! Enjoyed the diary entries as it was a fun way to give background on the plot and develop context to the story. 

Also enjoyed how each characters perspective was told in a linear/easy to understand way! 

Finished it two days! Not terribly long but also it didn’t need to be.

I was excited to read this. I’m not a big fan of “horror” but the concept sounded good. This book is full of just awful, unlikable characters. I didn’t like how the POV of the story would change after every paragraph. I don’t mind different POVs if they are transitioned and separated by chapters…not paragraphs in the same chapter. It ruins the flow of the book, in my opinion. Unfortunately, this was a miss for me.

I liked the concept a lot but I did find parts of it hard to follow with so many characters. I would read another book by this author.

why was there a romance. why did it get religious so quickly. why was nothing about this book entertaining besides when the one woman got her period in the midst of it all. i felt zero stress for these characters otherwise because i couldn't give a single shit who died or won or got eaten
