This is one of the best Young Adult novels that I've read in the past year. I could not put the book down and read it all in one sitting! The more I read, the more I came to identify with both Tessa and Eric. Both characters were dealing with extreme anxiety and we able to comfort each other through a medium that you would not expect. The story shows the real about stalking and the online fandom and how things can escalate and become dangerous. And that ending! OMG! I thought I knew how the book was going to end but nope...the ending throws you into a loop...but in a good way! I'm looking forward to reading more from A.V. Geiger.

This book was captivating and endearing. I enjoyed reading it, although it was somewhat predictable. The ending, however, was less predictable than I expected it would be. The ending did not seem realistic- one of the characters acted much differently than I would expect them to, but all in all it was an enjoyable read.

Sticking with the 5 stars for my reread. There are a few cheesy parts of the book, but that's bound to happen in a book based around teenager's social media romance. The plot twists (Yes. Twists. More than one.) in the book once again left me with my jaw to the floor.

I know this is a series of books so I just have to say.. OMG at that ENDING!!

There were a few parts where the characters confused me because things weren’t fully described? But the plot and the mystery definitely made up for that!

Good, but weird as a YA

This book was pretty good, but I think it would have been better if the characters were older. Most likely I will be reading the second book.

I read the Wattpad version of this book, and from what I understand the published version will have its differences.

That being said--I absolutely loved this! I thought it was well-written, original, and a completely refreshing take on a story that could have been incredibly cliché if done wrong. I don't often re-read things that I read online, but this is one I want to come back to again and again. I thought it was wonderful.

By no means is this the first story to be told with snippets of police interview throughout, but this was the first one that really kept me hooked. I did manage to pick the big twist before it came, but that made it no less of a surprise--and really, what an ending it made for! So often I'll read something and think, "This would have made for a better ending..." but with this story, I thought the ending was perfect.

I can't wait for the published version to be released. You won't want to miss this one!

Sorry for all the expletives that will occur in this review.

Holy Fuck that fucking ending. I feel like I'm having a heart attack!
THis book took me by a storm. I started reading and all of the sudden I was half way finished.
If you like thrillers(more towards the end) mental illness( in a unique way) and a total lovey dovey romance( I swooned) and a fuck ass kind of ending. READ THIS BOOK!
4/5- only because sometimes the police records were hard to follow.
