Second time reading this book and loved it even more on audio if that's possible! David Nicholls makes such astute observations on the minutiae  of everyday life in a way that so cleverly balances between being sensitive and funny. I love the characters, the story, the walk, the route. It's just lovely.

A charming story about two people who unexpectedly end up falling for each other. This book had me laughing out loud multiple times, and it perfectly captures how much easier it is to open up to someone when you're walking together.
I really liked how you could feel the chemistry between the two main characters from the moment of their first interaction.
I would've like for the ending to be a bit more drawn out because it felt a bit stubby.

All with all a really good book.

Really loved Marnie (maybe because I see so much of myself in her). Also really loved the writing— it was entertaining and very witty. The first half of the book was great, I loved how normal everything was. However, in the second half, the book does drag a bit. An entertaining read overall, mainly just liked the author’s style.
