I enjoyed, took me way too long to read but mainly bcs i was distracted with other books. This book definitely took me for a ride but the characters chemistry was nice, and the story line was well written. I was engaged i dont know if ive fully processed my emotions about this one yet

Ps. Ive thought about this book and although i finished it i dont think about this book for good reasons. personally just wasnt for me

How can a book be this beautiful? I don’t have the words. I had no idea what to expect going into this, but I am blown away. The characters, the plot, the twists, the faith, the goodness, the END…perfection. All of it. Infinite stars. I could read this a million times.

I HAVENT READ A DECENT BOOK IN A WHILE AND THIS WAS THE ONE !!!! soooooo sooo good. i love love loved kyland and tenleighs love story. i loved that they grew up in the same impoverished way and could heal each other because they know how the other hurt. i love that they learn throughout the story that love is about sacrificing your happiness so that your person can be happy. i love that kyland made tenleigh think that he was selfish

by getting shelly pregnant

for why he stayed but really it was all for her.

He made a deal with edward kearney just for her and worked the 4 years in the mines and paid for her mamas treatment so she could be happy and lead a good life.

This book focuses on Kyland and Tenleigh, two young people living in poverty in Kentucky. Their love story, although absolutely heartbreaking at times, was absolutely beautiful. Kyland’s selflessness was more than anyone ever deserves!

I loved this book so much!
