I can't really decide whether to give this 4 or 5 stars because while I did really like it, there were some elements that I didn't like. Overall, though it was really good and I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Yine. Ama ilk okurken giydirmişim biraz. Dediğim her şeyi geri alıyorum. Kesin tripliydim. Özür dilerim. İlk yüz romance arasınsa çok ciddiyim.

böyle şeyler anca romanlarda olur. tıpkı fimlerdeki gibi.
ve fakir edebiyatı her zaman tutar.
asıl demek istediğim bu kitap kusursuz.

To be honest, I choose money over love anytime. Because I'm not idealistic, what love can do if you're already hungry? No money to buy anything you want? To pay for bills? Education and health? I rather be rich and sad than poor.
Thats why I kinda can't connect with the characters. Like they literally can give a once in a lifetime opportunity for love? With that unfortunate situation, the only thing you should think of is survival because thats the truth anyway. We don't have a lot of choice.

I pity their situation and I'm happy that they get what they deserve in the end. Not just really a fan of "giving everything up, idgaf if I'm poor, for the love of my life".

For poor people, education is really a wealth. And its making my blood boil when the government can't do something about education crisis. The opportunity is not really fair. That's why I don't believe in "money can't buy everything" or "money can't make you happy". When we literally a slave for money.

Anyway, I don't like the characters name. Its just weird.

OK, so this starts out really good. Then it gets smart and the two really seem to be getting to a point. I though it was heading to a 4, maybe 5 stars, as I really liked the interaction between the main couple. But then... a little over 1/2 way through, we get to the teen angst and annoying choices, along with more teen angst and little communication. This goes on a bit as one goes away and then comes back. They then definitely have miscommunications. We feel we know what is going on here and it is so very irritating. Finally we get the other side of the story and there is a twist, which doesn't completely forgive the teen angst of the heroine, but I completely forgive Kyland. I so fell in love with his reasoning and caring. Then the follow up to everything. Damn, that middle angst had me thinking it had gone to 2 or 3 stars but really only part of the annoyance was valid and it was such a sweet ending. Really, really liked it.

4.5 stars

Loved it! And for once, there wasn't the stereotypical power dynamic of a rich boy and poor girl romance! (or even reversed)

5 stars!!
Mia Sheridan's 'Archer' is one of my favorite books I've read this year, but I think Kyland surpassed it. Such a sweet, honest, and endearing story. I love the characters, and I love that they are dealing with its serious life problems, not melodrama.
This is a book I will reread for sure!
