J’ai aimé que le third break up act soit différent de ce que j’ai l’habitude de lire! J’ai troué que les personnages agissaient comme des adultes matures.

The whole series is like a Hallmark movie. Except smutty. Which I guess is right up my alley on both fronts. But for whatever reason I just felt like none of it was realistic which made me not love any of them fully. Did I still read all 4 books in 1 week? Yes. Haha

I don't usually love age gap romances but I also don't hate them. But making her 19 at the beginning and then only 21 is pushing it hardddddd. I mean the story would work absolutely the same if she is 25 or something like that instead of 21.
But the book was still good, at times it was easy to forget just how big the age gap was and I really enjoyed the love story of the two. The third act breakup was a bit too much of an actuall breakup for my taste and felt quite unnecessary.
Also Billie had less "screen time" so that was nice.

Nadia is getting her life on track with the support of her friends and her brother. She is a vet tech with her sister in law Mira for Gold Rush Ranch and surrounding farms. She wants to settle down but the pickins are slim. Until one night she meets a mysterious man who kisses the life out of her. Until shortly after and she discovered that her mystery man is her brother's best friend.
I think this was a good finale to the series. Not mind blowing but solid and engaging. The relationship between Nadia and Griffin is natural and easy (once they get to it!) the background knowledge of the previous characters is great. Everything is tied up very well in this one, while still being a decent stand-alone.

Elsie silver does it yet again.
I wasn’t sure I was going to love this one as much as I did!
I will say there were a few things that bothered me, I didn’t like how often the age gap was brought up, but I still loved the book.
I also didn’t like that this made me SOB. In the best ways of course but sob nonetheless.
I feel like the drama with Tanya needed more justice, but it blowing up in her face more than made up for that. It just felt a little incomplete.
Nadia is probably one of my favorite FMCs Elsie has written. She’s fierce and loyal, but she’s had trauma and she is protective of herself. I wish all women could be a little more like Nadia. At least in terms of her determination.
And Griffin, Griffy, griff… swoon! Sure he has his insecurities, but he’s so freaking swoon worthy it’s not even funny. The wildflowers, I couldn’t stop crying with those pretty pink envelopes. And the silent I miss you’d from Nadia.
Ugh just thank you for this book. I’ve now read every single one Elsie has written and I can’t wait for more!
