The entertainment factor I spoke about in book 1? Gone. There was nothing left in this story that remotely interested me. It was like watching a car crash in slow motion.

Both MCs are unhinged. No, sorry, every character in this world is unhinged and nothing makes sense.

Between the MMC SA-ing the FMC and the verbal and psychological abuse toward her by both her family and the MMC? No thank you.

The plot was weak, the characters were weak and the writing left a lot to be desired.

This author is not for me.

Lost interest, started finding characters annoying and realized I didn't care to find out what happens to them. Enjoyed the first book in series though.

After finishing the first one I immediately started this one and listen, I’m not too proud to admit I love a man that grovels and is overbearing and protective. So I did love Raf in this one. The only thing I hated was miscommunication but that makes for a good book that keeps you hooked so, oh well.
