The characters were wonderfully flawed and real. Sad. This was SAD but also it kind of had to be.
My biggest complaint is also what I think one of the strengths of the book is - so it feels like being pulled in two directions:
But everything starts so suddenly. And everything ends just as suddenly. And we aren’t given an explanation - but Dana never does either so I can see why.

Beautifully written and moving. I think the author did a great job of showing and not telling.
