Okay, while I was definitely expecting the twist on the "whodunit" part of the situation, there were some aspects that I was very much not expecting. But I'm actually really enjoying this series. Well done, I'm excited for the final book!

If I catch you Drachu!!!!! The character development we got from Ilara is amazing. I just love that we got to experience her journey fully and it wasn't just about about the romantic aspect.

almost done with the series!

i can feel the threads finally coming together…and i can see where new series would connect to this one! 

i didn’t love this one as much…i feel like the whole mate thing is getting a bit repetitive, as are other things like nori’s nostrils flaring every 5 seconds and his need to kill anything that gets within 5 miles of ilara…and some of the descriptions for the sex scenes were off putting (tingling lady parts, really???)

but im happy we got to see some real action this book, with them figuring out what was suppressing the magic, going to earth via portal, encountering different creatures and beings, learning that ilara has angel wings???

and, spoiler alert, now they’re not only married but eternally bound together…it’s time for the power couple to take down the king (but why did he have to propose to her naked, and why did she say something about it…like PLEASE)
