this wasn’t bad but john gave me the ick so many times for some reason. this is the first romance i’ve read via audiobook so maybe that had something to do with it. dunford was def the best part of the book so maybe i’ll pick up the book about him next lol

A cute quick read. Not my favorite Julia Quinn book. I didn't become invested in the characters and the book lacked tension for me.
