Have you ever wondered what it's like to live with trauma, addiction or other compulsive tendencies?
This is a very candid personal story that I feel many people will be able to relate to in one way or another. I didn't go through all that Katie did, but boy was there a lot that really resonated with me. Difficult read at certain parts, but it is ultimately a hopeful tale. Thank you Katie for sharing your journey. 🤗

Katie vividly portrays her struggles with her eating disorder and anxiety. I feel like this book gives readers a strong understanding of what it's like having eating disorders and the complexities of these controlling illnesses. I'd highly recommend this book. Content warnings for eating disorder, anxiety, sexual abuse, and suicide ideation.
