3 stars. Terrible art style change aside (it's seriously so ugly and jarring my god) this was a good issue. I'm not loving the direction it's going in terms of Harley and Pamela's relationship with Pamela still not telling Harley that she met up with her ex but everything else is good. All the other characters really help to balance things out.
