I enjoyed this! I know this book is a bit controversial, but I really appreciate how Oster has combed through tons of scientific material and presented her findings in a digestible way, allowing the reader to come to their own decisions. In her words: “Knowing what the evidence says doesn’t make the decision for you. It just lets you make the decision in an informed way.”

I am not currently trying to conceive, but I just know this book will be a valuable resource that I will reach for again and again once that time comes.
