Good. Twisty. Feels very similar to Gone Girl or Woman in the Window. Your standard, hard to put down, psychological thriller

I’ve been on a romance kick lately and needed a palette cleansing thriller - this one fit the bill! Dark but not overly dark, an unreliable main character, and all of the elements of a good mystery. Excited to read more of Stacy Williamham’s thrillers!

Well, I rounded up. There were a lot of problems with this book, and to be honest, I did a lot of skimming. I agree with a lot of the negative reviews: predictability and plot holes, and the main character is really dumb. But it flowed along ok and kept me entertained for a while. 3.5 stars.

3,5 / really fast paced and entertaining but maybe I’ve read / watched too many thrillers by this point that guessing the ending is getting easier. still a really good book and def a good one to read of you’re trying to get into thrillers
