I enjoyed this book but just can’t give it more than three stars. The plot was very surface level and just didn’t hold together well for me. There were more mistakes than I could count - but I should say that I read an ARC so those could be fixed prior to release. But I found that many times, the author forgot which character she was writing and so the names were incorrect in the dialogues and descriptions.

These boys are the best sort of evil. They take everything our mfc knows as truth and shows her what the truth really is. As always read your triggers. There are some very dark scenes in this story. This is one of the first dark romances I have read where one of our mmc is a sub to our mfc. And let me tell you Milo is EVERYTHING he is the sweetest little cinnamon roll and I want him to have everything he wants. He was an incredibly well written sub and did a great job expressing his wants/needs to Lana and letting her discover her own wants/needs.
The only reason I held back from giving it 5 stars is there is an extreme lack of aftercare. While aftercare would not fit in all of the scenes between these characters, and the story building between them. There are moments where having it would have been important for their growth as characters and their relationships.
