Wow that was dark please check for trigger warnings before you read it.  This is the first book where I actually got scared reading it. It was very stressful but in a good way. Also hive my girl Pip a break like damn.

I was always on the edge of my seat. I wanted to hug Pip the whole time. I was so scared for her.

Overall i did enjoy the book but i found the plot and the ending were kinda off at a few times and i dont know if i liked the way Pip changed so much in a very dark direction. I loved her so much but now im a bit indifferent about it. She is definitly very traumatised and she deserved better.

I found it was quite predictable that Jason Bell was the DT killer. In the books before i already had some unlikings about who it was it just didnt 100% work for me but i was atleast surprised. I found this one a bit predictable. I did like the different direction this book took afterwards but i really did not like the ending and didnt really understsnd why it was so necessary to vover everything up and then her cutting herself completly off.
