This book is chaotic from start to finish and I didn't know what was going on. However, I did feel like that was fitting; Peter wasn't coherent, Wendy was confused and this is a world build from her nightmares.
I felt that there could have been more character building, apart from showing scenes that showed they enjoyed cruel, painful sex acts. The author has a good writing style, but the story didn't compell me enough to want to continue on to the 2nd book.
