So…I cried actual tears at one point. The emotion that Grace felt when she wanted to give up during the fight at the prison with the giants was written so well. I felt it. I’ve heard not so good things about this series, but I actually really liked this book so much! I love Grace and Hudson together and I’m happy that she chose him while she had the choice to do so. I was a little disgruntled that when the group found out that Jaxon had no soul and would die, Flint didn’t step up to try and save him. I know it hurt him because he made a noise that Luca shushed. And then there’s the business with the unkillable beast. Who the fuck is he and who and where is his mate? I have a feeling that a lot of lies are going to come to light in the next book. Also, I really hope that Macy’s dad is ok. Overall, I gave this 3.7 stars because the writing is weird sometimes for me. But ultimately, I will be reading the next book in the series, hopefully I'll finally find out how Grace and Hudson met and what happened while she was stone those four months.

I did not think any of this series would have me leaving a 4⭐️ review but y’all…. Tracy done did somethin with Covet. It had me gasping, rolling my eyes, internally sobbing, and saying wtf out loud. I listened to this in Audible and I have to say, it really grew on me. I loved Remy’s character and his voice narration was *chefs kiss*. He was honestly so cool and I can’t wait for him to pop up again (hopefully). Hudson once again is the saving grace of this novel and he must be protected at all costs
