I’ve been amazed at this series ability to hook me. I didn’t overly enjoy the first in the series, loved the second and then put my name down at the library to reserve the third to further satisfy my further curiosity. The author certainly knows how to end a book to keep you coming back for more!
I’ve found I’ve become more and more invested as it goes on. I’ve come to get to know and like the characters and I’ve loved the premise of the story with supernaturals, vampires and dragons from the start.
This one won me over again and the Hudson V Grace was so compelling. Again as with the others in this series, there is the occasionally hardcore cheese but I’ve grown used to it that it comes with the series! The cheese seems to have tamed since the first book so I die a little inside a lot less. I’ve loved Grace’s character progression has we’ve gone along, she’s developed a lot!
And also, a lot of love for the chapter titles! And even though the books are chonks, they never feel like they drag and there’s always something going on. They pack a lot in and it always feels like more than one book in one. Onto the fourth next!

Alright, let's dish on the Crave series. Started with "Crave" 'cause, hey, free audiobooks, right? But honestly, it was just okay. Then came "Crush," and I'll give it props—it had me more hooked than the first.
Now onto "Covet."
Here's the scoop: Tracy's storytelling is like a rollercoaster. You're in for a ride, but sometimes it feels like it's dragging on a bit too long. "Covet" could've used some serious trimming. Too much filler, not enough thrill. Now, the characters.
Grace? She's growing, but c'mon, she's portrayed as Miss Perfect way too often. Give the girl some flaws, Tracy! And Jackson? His character development needs a serious makeover. Grace's mixed signals and lack of reality aren't helping either.
But hold up, Hutson is the real MVP here. Finally, someone with some depth. Getting to know him and the whole mating bond thing is like finding a hidden gem. Though, Tracy, we don't need to hear "it's just the bond" from Grace all the time on repeat, okay? We know she loves him and he loves here so why ruin every nice moment they have?!
And Macy? Poor girl can't catch a break in the love department. Every romance ends in tragedy. Can someone throw her a lifeline, please? And also i am so curious of her character development, where is it? I need it!
Also Flint & Jackson I mean it’s sooo obvious since the trials. I mean i cant be wrong or she really got me there but if not - can you make it less obvious.
Now, that ending? Let's just say it left me scratching my head. But despite the mess, I'm still onboard. It's like watching a car crash—you can't look away. So yeah, bring on the next book. This series might be a hot mess, but I'm front and center for the drama.

Absolutely amazing definitely recommend can’t wait for the last book! Team Hudson!
All the action! All the emotions!
Hudson really is the best mate for Grace. And I'm looking forward to seeing Remy and Calder.
Well damn. The character growth for all the characters was done so well. and Remy and Calder really dug in so quickly! And there is SO much happening, plot-wise. I can see why this series is 6 books!

The ending? Phenomenal, I cried.
The rest? It had its moments but I found myself skimming through what should have been big climactic events that left me sitting on the edge of my seat. Most of the plot twists or big reveals were predictable. I don't feel compelled to read the 4th even though "important information" is coming about the MC. I want to know but not enough to read another 600+ pages.
Overall, pretty disappointed.
