I find this very creepy. I get it happens and they are not doing anything technically wrong but I just find it beyond weird when we get the whole 'Spouse has died and I'll shack up with his/her sibling scenerio' that M&B authors seem to love to do.
I do know of a situation where a friend at school her parents had split up, after x amount of years her auntie and uncle split up and the uncle who wasn't a blood relation but had married her father's sister then married her mum and became my friend's uncle(ish) and step father while her cousins became step brother and sisters... Bizarre.
I just didn't like it and I know they don't do any wrong but I didn't get the love between them. It was pretty dry and I just didn't feel it.
