Best of the series!!! Sierra and Xavier have been in the works from book one. I was so excited for their book and it did not disappoint. Sierra has always been a spit fire and wanted to take out Xavier, however there is a fine line between love and hate. While Seirra may think she hate Xavier, he has been in love with her forever years. This series definitely ended in the best way possible.

wow i finally finished the book that i was in the middle of three months ago. it was okay... Initially it was good, I was liking it. The plot got pretty weird and for what? Like why make this billionaire guy like that? The middle of the book was so off compared to the rest of the series. Also I personally hate the nickname kitten. Throughout the entire book I wanted him to call her something, anything other than that. I also didn't like the whole miscommunication thing. I wasn't bored though so that's a positive. I can't really say much else. I stopped reading halfway through back in september because I've been busy and then just finished it last night so...yeah. But I didn't hate it.

This was actually my first introduction to the Windsors despite being the last book in the series of interconnected standalone romances. Need I say that I loved it so much that I not only devoured it, but proceeded to devour the entire series within a couple weeks?! This one felt very different to me than the others in the series but in the best way. This book was so heartbreaking on multiple levels resulting in me crying at 2am and convincing myself that I had logical reason to stay up even later to finish the book because I couldn't breath to sleep anyway. I adored the "he fell first" trope of this book and doing everything he could to prove to her that she was end game for him. While the groveling was amazing, it just made me cry all the harder. Utter devastation to my poor heart. Don't let that deter you, though! This is honestly such a great book. I still can't pinpoint what it is about the writing that captivates me and keeps my attention the whole way through, but it does. Un-put-downable!

I just want to say again... Catherina has to put crack in her books. there's literally no other way to say it. Her books never fail to captivate me and have me desperately turning the pages to get more. The devious Husband was no exception. What started out as a fun enemy to lovers' story, with rival vibes definitely turned into so much more. I liked that Sierra didn't fight her feelings for too long, and realized early on she did feel more for Xavier then just hate. The conflict these two have is very relatable, Xavier has secrets and not ready to fully open up... and Sierra needs that connection.
I loved seeing how these two grew, and how Xavier with Sierras best interest at heart finally started trusting and opening up to her. He had some insecurities to overcome, feeling he's not good enough, yet she is the only one for him... but these two got through it all together. The love they feel for each other, and the fact that they are each other's perfect match... has me in my feels wholeheartedly.
This story also had many layers to it, and some morally grey moments, but even in those moments you know these two would do anything for the ones they love. Now I cannot wait to get All of the Kingston's books!

There's so much potential for Sierra and Xavier, but she pretty much ruined it with miscommunications through the book. This couple cannot communicate, they're worse than 2 year olds.

idk man, this author is usually really cheesy but I thought it might be more interesting from the female version but idk it was boring
