This is the fourth instalment of The Inheritance Games series, and maybe my favorite one!! The others were mostly from the perspective of Avery, and this one focused on Jameson and Grayson. The twists, turns, and fun clues and games were not set up by their Grandfather, so it was even more unpredictable to me!
But you definitely should read them in order. Although this one kind of veers from the others it would still be beneficial to know all the backstory!

I feel like the Grayson storyline went on for way too long (and I found Gigi a little annoying and unbelieveable). The Jameson storyline could've been its own separate story and it would've been more interesting. Overall there was only one thing that really changed the plot
(the reveal at the end)
but even then it seems like that won't be explored in a future book? So I'm not sure what the point of that was. There's also a mystery that doesn't get solved
about Grayson receiving calls from a mystery girl, he thinks it's Eve but she isn't
(unless I'm dumb and I didn't understand something) and idk if it'll be like forgotten or if it will be mentioned in the next book, but I'll definitely forget about it because, again, it didn't really lead to anything (yet, at least). I'm interested to see how this book will affect the next one, since some characters were introduced and some storylines were kinda hinted at that might make an appearance in The Grandest Game.

At this point I'm just reading the books for the characters and the mysteries, and even though they can be ridiculous at some points, I still enjoy them lol
