(Audibook) I understand why people rated this book highly. It had a lot of interesting anecdotes and suggestions, but compared to other books in this area it was very flowery in my opinion. I didn't think it was compelling enough and nothing about the presentation felt like it was sticky or particularly memorable.
Page after page of organisational research from Boeing to Google to Disney Pixar. If not for self-help, it is worth reading for the sheer light this books throws upon multiple entities we see and awe in life.

Solid and with interesting stories, but often not really applicable to everyday life. Afterword that tries to explicate applicability is too short and superficial.

Actionable advice, thrilling anecdotes, and plenty of research backup (since as they say "the plural of anecdote is not data"). I'm sure I'll be leafing through it many times in the future for bits and pieces to implement.
