Aww yeah, Miura back on his bullshit (positive) -- a Guts'n'Puck monster-slaying adventure with pathos for the villain without rendering her any less monstrous. The slow dawning of the horrors of the Misty Valley is expertly done; "adult attack" is one of the best shock scenes of the series.

I’m definitely liking the episodic monster hunting stuff way more than the love triangle stuff. The bug men are neat and the elf kids give off creepy “Beautiful Darkness” vibes.
