I loved seeing glimpses of Guts just being a little softie since Jill got introduced in the story,  he acts like a monster most of the time but he’s not completely deprived of his humanity. Considering what he went through, this side of him surprises me but I love it.

And Puck’s “𝘼𝙇𝘽𝘼𝙏𝙍𝙊𝙎𝙎 𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙋” killed me lmfao

Coincido con Federiken con que este tomo se hizo un poquito largo. La historia de las cucarachitas esas voladoras podría haberse resuelto antes, pero se disfruta igual. This volume for me is a tribute to the "Children from the Corn Field". Great tragedy struck the village Guts is passing through and unfortunately his general bearing and "calm"/"joy" he emanates makes everyone meeting him to suspect that he is evil that is causing so much grief to the village. Fact is that evil controlling the children is the most disturbing kind of evil because everybody considers kids to be innocent, gentle creature. But whoever read "Lord of the Flies" knows what are young brains capable of when not taught about morals and social skills and left to their own devices.

Recommended to all fans of horror stories.

I read 3 all at a time so it’s all a mush. Everything hurts. Demon infant from like last volume or so killed me. I love Jill. Glad to see Puck the meme lord back in style. Now to wait for my library to get my next 3 in. Didn’t expect such a quick binge lol

HONESLTY TIRED of the edgy emo part of the fandom going "harhar Guts is soooo heartless and emotionless, literally me" when Guts just had to realize maybe HE DID let the shot go to protect the kid, he still made sure the boy got out alive, etc. Like. Just. Let characters be insane and still have depth. <3
