Adorable illistruations, age appropriate vocab, and great story

A cute little book about how much one rabbit loves his child. The drawings were great and the story was simple but I had to laugh at times because it reminded me of ex boyfriend I had. Great book for kids about the meaning of love.

Not sure how many hundreds of times I've read this book to my children (nor how many hundreds of times it was read to me as a child), but this book is such a treasure.

We read this three times today because Henry seemed to really love it. It is a warm story about a mama rabbit and baby rabbit discussing how much they love each other. :)

I read this to my son often. . it's so sweet.

We've read this before since we own it, but I cannot remember the last time. Lu liked the repetition of "Nutbrown hare" and the stretching arms.

(October 2019)

This was the first book I received after I announced my pregnancy, so it holds a special place for us! Plus it's an adorable book. I also received the baby book and bought the soft crinkle version of the book too!
