2.5star. I wanted to like it but sadly, I couldn't. Detailed review to come.

ARC was kindly provided by author in an exchange of an honest review.

Ok well the first book in this series was funny in the beginning but then it got to be to silly for me. So I skipped a lot and read the end. When I got to the end I needed to go onto the second book to find out who she chooses. And the second book was just as bad but way better because I kept reading. I did laugh and I did roll my eyes. Warning this book has a lot of crude humor and I don't mind that, it's just at some times it was to constant.

This book is certainly one that should come with a warning to never ever read it on a public space, people might think you've gone mad, you'll probably snort, laugh, spit and even pass gas while reading, but I'm certain you'll love it all the way.

This book is full of crap but Debra Anastasia just knows how to shove it up your ass and make you enjoy it. Go read the series!

My inner 12 year old boy enjoyed book 1 and all its farting, sharting immaturity, so I knew book 2 would be the same.

But it was more. Sure, there are still d!ck jokes galore, but there is a maturity to the characters in book 2 that I was not expecting.

I was surprised with a couple of things - the growth in Duke's character, and the direction the story took us.

I liked this installment more than book 1

I really liked the ending of Gynazule. There was a few things left to question but I'm assuming there will eventually be another.
I loved the authors portrayal of herself. Very funny.
While I laughed a lot and I enjoyed the crazy in this story...... It was ALMOST too much. I am just glad it stayed hovering on the side of funny.
Thanks Debra for a look in to the crazy adventures in your mind.

Debra Anastasia does not follow the rules. I adore that about her. How can I get through not just one book filled with disgusting bodily functions humor and awkwardness, but two? I admit it's not normally my thing, but this book had me laughing until I had tears in my eyes. That's not enough to keep me reading, though. Under the potty jokes the story is about people, some of whom are disgusting and awkward. But they're people trying to figure out themselves and relationships, both friendly and romantic. It's about being real, or learning to be real, and figuring out what is important. I got all that from a book filled with fart and penis jokes? You bet.

Debra's done it again. Brought back all the ridiculousness of Dove, Duke, Johnson and the gang, and I loved every minute of it. If you like to laugh out loud, this is the book for you! Duke is my sausage scented hero.

This is the sequel to Fire Down Below and is filled with more crazy off the wall poop, vagina, penis, and vulgar humor. If you cannot or do not get that type of laugh out loud humor this probably is not the book for you. I really like this part, I was left with a few questions but overall enjoyed it.

I remember the first book being full of ridiculous characters ending up in even more ridiculous, immensely unrealistic situations - but I still liked Dove and her mostly unfortunate endeavours and found the story extremely funny and entertaining...
This one just doubled down on the ridiculous and unrealistic aspects, switched to multiple POV's (which made it hard to empathise with any of the characters), and wasn't funny at all...
Or, you know, maybe my tastes just changed?
