Beautiful art, and I loved the story. The author weaves fairytales with past and present to tell a story about family, love and the power of stories and storytelling. My heart was really full when I finished this. What a great graphic novel.

This graphic novel is absolutely stunning! The art is beautiful and paired with a warm, tender and intricate story. My favourite thing about Trung Le Nguyen’s story telling is the depth, layers and the history he works into his work. I adored the exploration of family dynamics and coming out told in such a unique way. It honestly brought me to tears, the whole thing is absolutely perfect!
