Haunting, intense, and gut-wrenching. This is a heavy book and I often felt anxious reading it, but I couldn’t put it down.

This is a pretty unsettling story from start to end. It's a quick read, but it definitely delves deep into the abuse our main character faces so be aware of that going into it. The women of the story though are very resilient and strong characters that I found myself loving and rooting for so much.
