Such a disappointment! No mind blowing plot twists, no suspense, no engaging writing. The revealings are done so poorly that I wasn't surprised or even interested in finding out more. But I did finish it. Mainly because I liked the main idea. Kept waiting for something major to happen.

I didn’t really expect this one to hit so many different topics for me: reparenting, the duality and imperfect nature of all of us, comparison, self loathing, different timelines and the reconning of the one we are on now. And that’s just a few I was internally addressing through reading this. God that’s why I love sci fi.

I really enjoyed this book! It presents such interesting and challenging ideas. The mixture of science and thriller is great! I would recommend this to anyone who likes science fiction and thrillers and doesn’t mind being challenged by characters (not necessarily liking or loving them).
