I guess I hadn’t thought a lot about cloning and now I might have thought too much about it?
i really loved this book- it gripped me more than anything i’ve read in a second, and i thought the sci-fi clone elements were really interesting. ultimately the pacing of this book rocked and I never felt bored. my true rating is probably closer to a 4.5 but it just didn’t quite give me enough to give it a 5 and im not totally sure why.

Not what I was expecting, yet it was still good. Dark themes and it brings up a lot of questions about life and love and relationships.
Every event and character annoyed me. The constant focus on own's enjoyment over others, even those they cared, unfortunately mirrors reality.
Even with cloning and modifications it still couldn't fix how terrible human are to each other.

This book really makes you think. What would you change in your partner? What would your partner change in you? What things about you, make you YOU, and are those good or bad things. So much of the book had me thinking of myself, while the twists and turns in the story came along. Excellent read that kept me guessing, broke my heart, and surprised me.
