A review on the front of the book says “cosy crime at its best” and I think that perfectly encapsulates this book. I love the dynamic of the three main women, and the plot/mystery was well constructed and kept me guessing the whole time (not predictable at all!). Often quite unrealistic - the police just did NOTHING the entire time!

I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first 2. It felt more like our main investigators were just doing a lot of visiting all the people involved to ask questions but also tell them everything they knew. Will still read the next one though.
