I can't believe i haven't read this book before now. It's definitely now one of my favorites.

Revisitando el clásico de Jane Austen me di cuenta de lo mucho que lo extrañaba. La manera de narrar, y los personajes que aparecen, son excelentes, y me gustó mucho poder volver a este mundo. Esta vez, escuché el libro, en la versión que narra Rosamund Pike (Jane en la adaptación al cine de 2005). Ella tiene una voz que se adapta a cada uno de los personajes. Llegó un momento en el que me imaginaba que había más de una persona narrando, pero era ella sola. En conclusión, una genia, que hizo que me gustara más esta experiencia.

UPDATE ABRIL 2022

El audiolibro narrado por Rosamund Pike (Jane en la versión de 2005) es increíble!!! Amé como interpretó cada uno de los personajes, agregándoles características muy particulares que me encantaron.

Y qué puedo decir de la historia, si me muero de amor cada vez que la leo, o la experimento de alguna manera. Es un clásico hermoso que siempre voy a disfrutar.

Y bueno, es tiempo de que creen una obra de teatro de esta historia. Ya no me quedan muchas más maneras de experimentarla

Good read. I would not read this again. I liked Elizabeth’s character. I was surprised how long It took her and Darcy to get together but It was worth the trip.

It was too slow. I enjoyed it after about chapter 47. But until then everything dragged on. The ending was really soft and sweet. But overall it was a little too slow for my taste.
