When I originally tried to read this in April of 2014, I truly struggled. In fact I DNF'd the book at page 178 because I couldn't get into the story and didn't relate to either Isaiah or Rachel. But that was nearly 4 years ago and everything has changed since then.

I truly came to care about Isaiah. He was handed a bad start in life and always had to decide between two choices: Bad or worse. Which one would anyone choose in life situations that offer you no good chances? At first, I wasn't too fond of Rachel, mainly because her character is very similar to Elle in 'Say You'll Remember Me'. She's blonde with blue eyes and does what her parents tell her to because she sees herself as weak, but as each chapter passed I realised how proud I was of Rachel for overcoming her issues. I was rooting for her to succeed. I was rooting for them both. I'm gonna be honest and say right now that this is my favourite book written by Katie McGarry.

Absolutely phenomenal!

I dont know if I should give this a 4 or a 5, so im going to settle it with a 4.5

This book was amazing, but I think I expected way more. Isaiah is one of my favourite characters in this series. Both him and Rachel make a good couple. They both have huge issues and I love the fact that they don't rely on each other to fix their problems. Instead, they need to allow change for themselves. Both characters are really strong and the love for racing they have is just perfect! I absolutely adored the characters that were introduced or brought back in this novel. I've always had a issue with Beth since I read Dare You To because of the way she ruined Isaiah. But after this book, I got my closure. Its sad to let them go but overall the wait for this book was worth it. And come to think of it, this book deserves five stars! I LOVE THIS SERIES!!!

P.S I suck at explaining things but this book was awesome. READ IT AND YOU'LL UNDERSTAND WHAT IM TRYING TO SAY ABOUT ISAIAH AND RACHEL AND ABBY (Shes awesome). Just the connection they have with each other by being so different is beautifully imperfect

I kinda hate that I love these books so much. I'm also glad that I didn't cave into reading this series until now because I don't know about being able to wait to read more books. As it is I'm going to be opening up Take Me On as soon as I finish with this review. These books are addictive and I feel compelled to continue reading until I've reached the end. I laugh, I cry, I gasp, I hope, and I love right along with all of the characters. I loved learning more about Isaiah and meeting Rachel. It was also nice to get more information on Noah and Echo, and Beth and Ryan, and seeing how they all navigate the complicated relationships that they have with each other.

how. HOW. HOW DO I EVEN PUT INTO WORDS HOW MUCH I LOVED THIS BOOK. I mean, I already loved Isaiah from the start, but I just fell in looooveeee with him in this book. the little description that Katie McGarry had in the back about all the characters DESCRIBED THEM SO WELL.

ISAIAH: tattooed, pierced, someone the world is terrified of, but who's so loyal that he would die to protect the people he loves.

I AM ALSO SO FREAKING EXCITED FOR THE BOOK IN WEST'S POV NOW YES. KEEP MAKING THESE BOOKS.

Spoiler so i already knew that they would pay off the money they owed, and that no one would die, and that they'd stay together, but OMFG THE CAR ACCIDENT PART I WAS JUST LIKE NO THIS CANT BE HAPPENING NO NO NO NO. I felt so sorry for Rachel the entire time she talked about her anxiety and Colleen. sigh. this was such a good book.

AYYYYYEEE IT OFFICIALLY COMES OUT ON MY BIRTHDAY SO WINK WINK WINK WINK IF ANYONE WANTS TO GET ME AN OFFICIAL COPY lol jk i dont have friends.

BUT THIS WAS SOOOO GOOD. NEED to read it when it comes out(:

This review and many others can be found on my blog - Feed Your Fiction Addiction

I didn’t love Crash Into You quite as much as the first two books in this series, but it was still a great read!

This story centers around Isaiah, who is feeling alone after losing Beth. When finances threaten to take Noah away from him too, he decides to make money the one way he can – by racing. Things get complicated, though, when the race gets busted by the cops and he flees with Rachel, a good little rich girl who showed up at the race for thrills. The police are the least of their problems, though. The slimy thug who runs the races thinks that Rachel helped steal money from him and he plans to be paid back – either with money or in blood. Rachel and Isaiah find themselves racing (both literally and figuratively) to come up with the cash before they have to pay the ultimate price.

What I LOVED:

Isaiah.
I’ve loved Isaiah since the first book in this series, and he did not disappoint. Isaiah is sometimes full of fire and a bad boy attitude, but he protects the people he loves with complete passion and dedication. He puts himself out there for Rachel the same way he always did with Beth – pretty much one of the most altruistic book boyfriends out there!
The danger. This book had plenty of it. Rachel and Isaiah are pretty much in constant danger of being seriously messed up or worse. And every time things it looks like they might dig themselves out of the hole they’ve created, their world comes crashing right back down. I was in constant suspense, wondering what was going to happen to them next and how they were going to escape their situation – sometimes it looked pretty hopeless!

Rachel.
For the most part, I liked Rachel, though I did sometimes wonder why she let everyone walk all over her the way she did. She was living in her dead sister’s shadow – the only reason she had even been born was as a replacement for the daughter that her mother had lost. Because of this, she had some serious complexes (who wouldn’t?). I loved Rachel with Isaiah, though – I felt like they really brought out the best in each other.
Racing. I’ve never been a huge racing fan, but I actually really enjoyed reading about the races that Isaiah and Rachel were involved in – the adrenalin, the danger, the suspense – it was all there!

The negatives:

Rachel’s family.
These people were really messed up. I could understand why her parents were devastated over her sister’s death, and even why Rachel’s mother might want Rachel to be just like the daughter she lost, but I couldn’t quite understand why everyone else in the family just expected Rachel to live a complete lie and even sacrifice her health just so that her mom wouldn’t have to feel bad. I especially hated the way her brothers, who supposedly loved and supported her, treated her like she didn’t have a right to have a say in her own life.

Tell someone!
The biggest problem that I had with this book was the fact that it seemed incredibly unrealistic to me that Rachel would rather face being beaten and/or raped and/or killed than go to her family and tell them that she was in trouble. I mean, I understood that she felt like she had to hold it all together for them and be the perfect daughter to replace the daughter they lost, but she was facing some incredibly horrific consequences and was still unwilling to even try to get money from someone in her family. Heck, make up a lie or something – anything! This was life and death – she was putting both herself and Isaiah on the line, and I just couldn’t figure out exactly why. Get someone to help you rather than die! It made it harder for me to connect with the story when I just felt like Rachel was being a bit ridiculous.

While I didn’t love this installment quite as much as the others, I was definitely still wrapped up in the story and really enjoyed it overall. I give it 4/5 stars.

I have really enjoyed this series from the very first book, so when I saw Crash Into You on netgalley there was no hesitation, I requested it straight away and luckily I am pre approved for the publisher so I did not have the long torturous wait of finding out if I had been accepted or declined.
When I began reading Crash Into You one thing that immediatley drew my attention were the chapter heading for Isaiah, I love the font they were written in and I think they fit Isaiah perfectly.

I absolutely love Isaiah and Rachel, and I think these are my favourite characters out of the series so far. We still get to see Noah, Echo, and Beth, as well as a new face Abby, who changes over the course of the book to someone who I actually respected, and seeing this small family together in the pages just feels like coming home.

Crash Into You made me nervous, but in a good way, I was mentally counting down the time left for Isaiah and Rachel to come up with such a huge amount of money, and with obstacles in their way and people out to get them there was never a sure answer of yes they will do it. I had doubts over it all, doubts over whether they would get the money together, doubts over the plans they made, and even doubts over their relationship.  It literally all comes down to the last minute decision and I was literally on the edge of my seat wondering what would happen next.
What happens in the final chapters was not something I expected and I was completely gob smacked over what happened, and while the end result is good, to me it ends in an almost happy ever after, but I thought it was perfect for the book.

I loved getting to see a different side of Isaiah than the one we know, and seeing him grow emotionally through the book was like seeing a whole new character come into the story. Both Isaiah and Rachel have their own demons to battle and overcome, and seeing them struggle with them was heartbreaking but also empowering. They both had tough decisions to make for themselves, but that also had repercussions on their family and friends.

Crash Into You was just as amazing as the previous books in this series, and I can't wait to read the next instalment when it's published next year.
