Nick & Charlie shows as our favorite couple has to stop and think of what Nick going to Uni will mean for their relationship. It's not like most first loves really last, right? Will Nick and Charlie ever be an exception?

I was expecting This Winter to be the one to hit me the most out of the two novellas, but not, it was this one. Seeing our boys worry about the future of their relationship now that Nick is graduating was hard to see, but made it even better towards the end.

I also made the mistake of finishing this just minutes before my shift yesterday, and it only made me internally sob for the rest of my shift. It’s just a good read and I loved seeing my boys get out of this even stronger.

If you can’t get enough of Heartstopper and want to take a glimpse into the future, you really need to get your hands on these immediately.

This is a fantastic novella and more of the Nick and Charlie content I need in my life. They are big dumb idiots and I love them.

As a fan of "Heartstopper", I was very excited to read some more content from two of my favorite characters.
"Nick and Charlie" is a novella that follows Nick and Charlie during Nick's senior year. Nick is about to graduate and head off to university, and Charlie wants to be excited and happy for him, but he is scared about what this means for their future.
This novella was a little different from the rest of the "Heartstopper" content out there because it is set a few years in the future, and the characters feel a little different. This is not the same story of pure happiness, but I did think this novella stayed true to the characters.

In this story, Nick and Charlie break up because Charlie is so consumed with the idea that Nick is going to head off to university and forget about him. With Charlie's already established mental health struggles, I thought this was very authentic to his character. Charlie would self-sabotage a great thing because of his own insecurities. I know some people did not like this, but I appreciated seeing the characters endure something that is very real for many people.

Although this is not my favorite "Heartstopper" content, I did enjoy seeing Nick and Charlie in a new environment tackling new problems together.
