This audio book made me super sad, i love the heartstopper series and hearing it be read by the character has a much bigger impact than reading it (for me atleast). Just a beautiful series, can’t wait for more seasons of the show to come out, 100% would recommend reading the entire series

I really loved the Heartstopper graphic novels, so much so, that I immediately ordered all of Alice Oseman’s books.

So needless to say that I was super excited to read Nick and Charlie.

Although I enjoyed it for the most part, the characters felt very different from the Heartstopper comics. The drama felt very disproportionate to the situation, but maybe it’s because I’m older than the characters and the target audience.

I definitely think the graphic novel format works better for this story.

With that being said, I loved the illustrations throughout the book.

And I’m still super excited for the next volume of Heartstopper, and to read the other books of Alice Oseman.
