This book jumped around so much. It feels like he threw it together with no rhyme or reason. This is the third installment in this series and each one gets worse and worse. The first being the best. Really surprised to see this kind of writing from Grisham.
Semi entertaining story. Ruined by the slavery and rich white men vs the poor black women aspects. Is slavery and race all popular authors fan write about now days?
