Honestly, my rating is so high just because of the aesthetic. The illustrations and general eerie, surreal atmosphere is great if you're into that, especially since it's a book that won't take too much of your time. I appreciate how it churned my imagination for a bit and not really the story itself, if that makes sense.

This is such a strange story. What's real? What's a dream? Does it matter? Murakami has a way of writing that lets me accept all these bizarre moments without question.
